  • Fee is $10 for all appointments necessary within a 6 month period.
  • Free for children under eleven.
  • Free for adults over sixty-five, Medicaid or Public Aid recipients.
  • Payment by check, debit or credit card is preferred at the appointment.
  • Sorry, no refund in the event of treatment not completed.
