The Ag and Construction Equipment Technician apprenticeship spans three years, offering a comprehensive educational pathway for aspiring service technicians. During the first two years, apprentices dedicate themselves to schooling full-time at Parkland. In the third year, they transition to full-time employment with their sponsoring dealership. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, participants not only earn an industry-recognized credential but also earn an Associate in Applied Science degree. The sponsoring dealership covers the cost of the required tools and toolbox.
